Financially qualified (minimum $400,000 investment capability with a minimum of $100,000 liquid assets per location)
Minimum of one year of Management experience in restaurant and/or hospitality industry with P&L responsibility
Must have a “guest service” personality
Demonstrated ability to operate a business successfully
Minimum commitment of three (3) locations in new target Texas markets; Single locations in fill-in markets (with 9+ locations)
Minimum commitment of five (5) locations in new markets outside of Texas
For Multi-Unit Commitment: Minimum of two (2) years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management experience with P&L responsibility
Experience managing and developing hourly wage team members successfully

THE QUALIFICATION PROCESS
I. APPLICATION
1. Initial phone conversation with Qualification Specialist
2. Candidate completes and returns Franchise Application
Documentation must be enclosed with the Franchise Application to support the following:
Candidate must have a minimum of $100,000 in liquid for working capital, in addition;
Candidate must have a $400,000 investment capability
Please include statements (bank, stock, 401k) of the $100K liquid.
The Qualification Specialist completes a financial review of the candidate's
Franchise Application and conducts a background investigation.
II. FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT
- Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Decision-Making Checklist are mailed to the candidate (acknowledgment of receipt page must be returned before proceeding to the next step).
- ZOA Moroccan Kitchen's Franchise Recruiter contacts the candidate to discuss FDD and Decision-Making Checklist and schedules a face-to-face meeting.
III. OBSERVATION
- Candidate meets face-to-face with ZOA Moroccan Kitchen's Franchise Recruiter.
- The Candidate observes the operating system in a ZOA Moroccan Kitchen for 1 day.
- Candidate completes and returns their business plan to the Franchise Recruiter.
IV. REVIEW
The Approval Committee reviews the candidate's file for the appropriate market.
The Candidate is invited to Orientation for the following:
The signing of the Franchise Agreement
Payment of the Franchise Fee
Discussion of the pre-opening timeline
- Set up initial training
